FAQ

What materials can be routed?

Common options include timber, MDF, plywood, acrylic, polycarbonate, acetal, HDPE, ABS, nylon and some aluminium work depending on the job.

Can you make templates and jigs?

Yes. Router templates, drill templates, spacers, guide plates and simple production aids are a strong fit.

Do I need a perfect CAD file?

No. A DXF is best, but a sketch, PDF drawing, photo or rough dimensions can usually be converted into a clean cut file.
